Look at your health, your eating habits, your fitness levels.
Have you set realistic goals for yourself?
Some Feng Shui Living Tips for 2011.
Most people never follow their resolutions so you may as well put them to one side and create some long term big targets that INSPIRE you to move forward.
Is there somewhere in our beautifaul vast world you would like to visit?
- Get a picture of that place and attach it to your wall in your workspace.
- Every time you look at the picture, it will inspire you to stick to your plan.
- Place another picture of your desired travel destrnation in the Feng Shui Living area of your home.
- Bless the picture with intention that you will go on that holiday that you are desiring and put a date to the time that you will be in that place.
- Work out how much money you need to get there. For example if you wish to go in 12 months time, divide the amount by 52, set up a seperate account and deposit the required amount each week for the next 12 months.
Breaking down a large goal into smaller chunks will make it far more achievable.
Using Feng Shui Living utilising the energy around us.
- Imagine yourself being there and how you will feel when you are in that place.
- Feel the emotion and tap into that whenever you feel distracted or dispondent.
- Your energy will shift to a happier place and before long you will be back on track.
Write a list of what you want your life to look like in 12 months.
- Hone in on what really matters to you. Don’t worry if your friends think you are crazy for wanting that life.
- When you focus on how you want life to change the energy around you starts to realign to your thought process.
- Sit down and plan how you are going to achieve your goal.
Maybe you want to lose a few pounds after the festive season.
- Why not try a long term strategy. End goal To get to a bodyfat of 15%
- Each day write down what you eat and start analysing your diet.
- Continuing to eat Christmas chocolate day after day is not going to shed the extra pounds.
- Replace that chocolate with a piece of fruit which will appease your craving for a sweet but not add more layers to your hips.
Rediscover your exercise program.
- The lead up to Christmas and New Year is such a busy time that along the way we stop making the time to exercise.
- Start with 10 minutes a day, work up from there, add 5 minutes a day and before you know it you will be back to your normal routinue.
- Along with the weight loss, you will feel more healthy and happier.
Beyond all this advice, desire is the major driving force behind our actions.
- How much do you want the desired result. What are you prepared to do about it?
- If you overeat one day, don’t beat yourself up. Get back on track the next day and allow yourself to be human.
- As people we punish ourselves for making mistakes, remember to be gental on yourself.
- Love who you are and be thankful for the life you have even if you wish to make changes.
There is always somebody worse off than you.
In my part of the world (Australia) thousands of people have been subjected to massive flooding and lost homes, belongings and more importantly lives.
Situations like the floods remind us of our humanity and compasssion for those less fortunate that ourselves.
May 2011 bring you all you desire using the Feng Shui Living principles to harness the energy around us.
